These Terms govern your use of AI Empire Tycoon (the “Application”) on a mobile device. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. The Application is offered as an ad-supported service.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for non-commercial use. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of the Application or any part of it is prohibited. Attempts to extract source code, reverse-engineer the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative works are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application are retained by the operator.
The Application may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Some features may be added, removed, or changed without notice. Charges for any new paid features, if introduced, will be clearly communicated in advance.
You are responsible for the security of your device. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone may expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and may cause the Application to malfunction. Use the Application on a jailbroken or rooted device at your own risk.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms:
Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Application may not function at full capacity due to lack of access, exhausted data allowance, or roaming charges. You are responsible for any data charges you incur while using the Application.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application, including any reliance on third-party data surfaced through it.
The Application may receive updates from time to time, and may eventually require a newer version of the operating system to continue functioning. You agree to accept updates when offered. Use of the Application may be terminated at any time without notice; upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms end and you must cease using the Application.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
